SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST - LIMERICK
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Client is an award winning Architectural department based in
Limerick.
The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience working
across a range of industries and on a diversity of projects.
They will be adaptable, competent, and experienced in bringing
projects from start to finish.
To work within the Technical Team to take responsibility for the
technical and working drawings aspects of projects either designed
in-house or by others.
To visit the site and undertake measured surveys.
Produce drawings in AutoCAD and Revit
Help junior members of staff
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years post qualification experience.
Educational qualification in Architectural Technology
AutoCAD, REVIT and Sketchup proficiency
Strong design and detailing experience with excellent technical and
site / knowledge
Experience working with Irish Building and Planning Regulations,
Experience of preparing planning, tender and construction details and
documentation
Experience working on large scale high density residential projects,
commercial, industrial and public sector works
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative
environment. Excellent teamwork and communication.
Ability to use initiative and have excellent problem-solving abilities
PACKAGE
Salary negotiable based on experience.
